Nanoco to speak at Touch Taiwan 2017
Nanoco continues to play a key role in educating the market about the power of quantum dots as a display game-changer. We’re pleased to share that Nanoco’s David Yao, Senior VP of Global Sales, will be presenting at the Display Innovation Conference taking place as part of Touch Taiwan 2017 this week. Yao’s presentation will address the growing demand for quantum dots as a method of achieving wider color gamut and enhanced picture quality. Above all, conference attendees will learn how the technology will be used to enhance the next generation of displays by allowing manufacturers to produce wide color gamut (WCG) displays that incorporates all the cutting edge display features such as high frame rate (HFR), high dynamic range (HDR), fast response rate and ultra-high-definition (UHD). This allows LCDs to surpass OLEDs while also satisfying compliance and corporate responsibility concerns. Yao’s presentation will take place on September 21 from 9:35 – 10:20 am.
Nanoco’s CFQD® quantum dot Fine Color Film can also be seen at Touch Taiwan, incorporated into state-of-the-art 4K UHD products being displayed by major global manufacturers. These demos will be part of a larger conversation taking place during Touch Taiwan about the power of quantum dot enhanced TV displays, underscoring the latest advancements in display color conversion and luminance performance to meet the growing demands of manufacturers and consumers.
